You take online privacy seriously and so does the jm&a group (which includes jim moran & associates, inc., fidelity warranty services, inc., fidelity insurance agency, century warranty services, and courtesy insurance company). Dealers offering manufacturer (oem)/branded products and/or programs agree that jm&a is permitted to share data and/or information relating to dealer and dealer’s performance including, but not limited to, product sales and pricing data, with the manufacturer oem/brand.
