What can be done about this I was told by qvc that there was a miscommunication but still they are charging me!! Received a letter from synchrony bank stating a change to my q card account agreement In addition to raising apr , penalty apr, and returned payment fee they will now be charging $1.99 per month for the convenience of sending a paper statement. After you do that you can login to your account to sign up for paperless statements You will no longer receive the paper statement. Synchrony banki just got a letter from td bank saying my double up credit card would be canceled for inactivity if i didn't use it in the next 60 days I made a small purchase to humor them but i don't like the cc and won't use it much They double the dollar amount for rewards, but won't let you redeem until you accumulate a huge amount.
