I have been emailing venmo over the past week due to them freezing my account right after my tax return was deposited I've sent all documentation requested, they responded by saying my account is in violation of something but won't say what, and that my account has been deactivated and they won't g. I want to tie a venmo account to accept payments via venmo but when i try to do that it wants to tie my paypal to my personal venmo account that already exists because both paypal giving and venmo are tied to the same mobile number. I think that's what got my account permanently disabled I'm mostly guessing since that is the last transaction on my account (from several months prior) and they have given me no info as to why it's was originally disabled. My venmo/paypal account has been hacked with doordash/ubereats withdrawals
Unfortunately, this has been in small increments since 2021 and some large cash withdrawals as well I explained everything and venmo eventually refunded a small amount, compared to the greater than $9,000 Beings my bank account was overdrafts and i didn't couldn't send it to my checking account i found awat around that and a way to get money into venmo from paypal balance. Venmo says they cannot link to my bank account, which is the same account i use with paypal Some kind of 'security flag' They don't really seem to care
We have an email address, but not a mobile phone number Can we use that email to accept venmo payments? Not allowing me to have any access to those funds I’m beginning to think venmo is scamming me I would like to transfer funds from my paypal account into my venmo account Is this possible without sending through my bank account
