Create a spotify password and log in with your email address go to our password reset form Under social, click disconnect from facebook Account page (pc and mobile) open your account page Go to edit login methods Click on remove, once you do that you'll see the following message If you're unable to log in to your account, let’s start with some basic troubleshooting to try and help out here

Thank you mattsuda, someone from their accounts department said they are able to move my play lists and create an account with an email login Unfortunately, disconnecting facebook is not an option when the account is created through there.
