The remote control is fully charged The sound output still works, and it's the standard tv speaker I have a samsung uhdtv series 7 tv with closed captions being displayed I want to turn it off, but none of the options under captions in settings accessibility seem to work, including the captions off option Is there another way to turn cc off? I tried the universal remote and cable stb remote and found that both remotes work to control the volume with a samsung un60js7000f and also the universal will work the functions of the tv with any of the three remote manufacturer supplied setup codes

It is about a year or so old and my remote control stopped working It is a solar powered remote control and when using my cell phone camera i can not see any lights being transmitted out of it but i do see the red light at. What tv do i have and what remote app works with it the factory remote got something liquid in it and shorted that side out but the key board still work any one got one of them laying around they aren't using [tv]un55d7000 software version I charged it all night but the tv will not respond to the remote It did briefly respond during setup yesterday but now nothing I can control the tv from my phone but that is not a good solution as it means that i'm the only person that can control the tv
