I am an official xfinity employee Official employees are from multiple teams within xfinity The only way i see to get to my emails through the xfinity app, if there's not an unread email, is through the xfinity assistant I see no links to email You need to type email in xf. Could you please check the status of your xfinity email by visiting our ' view your xfinity email account status ' support page and let us know if it is showing as active or inactive

Since xfinity became part of comcast.net i can no longer get into my comcast email It was so bad that i started to change my primary email address to [edited A few days ago, i suddenly quit receiving emails to my comcast account After realizing this, i set up for the emails to also go to my outlook account and am now receiving them there You’ll keep the features you love most about xfinity mail when you make the move — including your current comcast.net email address, messages, folders, and contacts
