Over the past three decades, tamera has been shaped by inspiring achievements as well as deep challenges As we open our doors again, we invite committed people to join us in navigating the next steps with transparency, courage and readiness for change. Currently about 2000 peaceworkers, students and visitors come to tamera each year. Our herbal house in the aldeia da luz provides all of tamera with herbal (and also medicinal) teas and plants from cultivated and wild herbs We research and compile traditional herbal knowledge with new healing knowledge. Tamera's mission is to seed a world united in cooperation and trust, empowering people around the globe to build a regenerative, nonviolent culture.
