Just as we greet each morning with the sunrise, we welcome each season into the first watch menu with ingredients and flavors inspired by the position of the sun. While some of our recipes are proprietary, we’re happy to share that we’ve recently introduced our first ever cookbook which contains some of our favorite first watch recipes from the past 35+ years, modified for the home cook!
