Whenever they try to push the envelope of volume or intensity above these numbers, trainees quickly become unmotivated (a sign of cns stress) and overly sore (a sign of excessive structural stress). Hopefully by doing this log it will help me stay motivated and actually see my progress I remember reading that frank zane used to take a lot of liver tablets, even 100+ in preparation for his contests Don't know how believable that is lol but it's something i've thought about before 100 is too much and will lead to copper overload if taken for long enough I love the part where he is spotting frank and he just counts each rep and says
Good.keep going! the lets get serious line is also classic We have this joke at my gym where we always use those two lines when spotting someone. Why physical training is a religion & our bodies are our temples i often find myself among friends or colleagues wanting to share with them the skin splitting pump i had experienced in the gym the night before, or the article in muscle and fitness i had read and inwardly digested at lunch that made me totally rethink my entire training regime, or the epiphany that i had at 2 am whilst getting. Conquering self i`ve been lurking on bb for a few months now, gathering information and looking at profiles to learn what the keys to success are and finally i decided to start my own profile I want to be a success story too and only i can be held responsible for my success There is no secret or quick fix
