Since i am not in hr, or an adp admin, i am not allowed to contact adp support for some reason, and our hr department is technologically illiterate so i highly doubt they will be able to resolve it on there own Anyone know why this happening or how to fix it We use adp workforce now. I would also suggest posting your question on the adp bridge I've always found the community and bridge moderators to be far more helpful & responsive than adp support

Adp is still a nightmare. Check out the bridge in adp, theres alot of useful info there as well as a bunch of useful downloadable guides You can access it from your admin dashboard up in the right hand corner next to your initials I also find that the reporting dashboard provides alot of useful insight for snapshots of data. The company uses adp (which i’ve never worked with before) I know adp has a bunch of features and tools, but the company im working for is a newer company, so they basically have only used it for payroll purposes until now. There is a ton of free training available through adp workforce now They also have the bridge which is an online community forum There are also numerous youtube tutorials
