I have forked a branch from a repository in github and committed something specific to me Now i found the original repository had a good feature which was at head I want to merge it only without I have the following commit history But how do i modify head~3? On python 3.3 and below, you can use these methods instead of the pathlib ones Os.unlink() removes a symbolic link Os.rmdir() removes an empty directory.
