Have tried to login to the rbs phone app numerous times today so that i can verify a payment to my mbna credit card. Since the lockdown in 2020 i have used my mbna credit card to pay for my click & collect from my local asda without any problems, now over the last few weeks the asda site is not accepting my card with the message ' we don't recognise your card details'. I recently cleared my mbna account and wanted to close my account. I opened an mbna balance transfer credit card at the end of may and was given a generous credit limit (more than any of my other cards) and great introductory offer on balance transfers (26 months with a 1% fee) I completed a couple of balance transfers successfully and still have over 50% of my credit limit available. I am reclaiming credit card charges on a former abbey credit card which i haven't used for three years but paid over £500 in charges at the time
I have got to the stage of receiving statements from abbey and asking for the charges back, but then they have written and said the card was with mbna and i should reclaim from them! Hi a few days ago i phoned mbna to close my credit card having paid off the balance My daughter has an mbna card and wants to make interim cash payments to it Any one know where she might be able to ie which banks?
