This problem has existed for over a month where the realtek audio hd speaker/headphone no matter what i plug into my pc only plays through one ear I also tested the stereo speakers/headphones and it plays the left and right sound on one ear, what do i do? Utilizing the windows configure speaker tool, i have found that both right and left channel audio is playing through only the left headphone I have used multiple different pairs of headphones which i tested on a totally different device (my phone) to make sure that it really was the laptop and not the headphones When a audio is played through speaker, the audio and video are playing well, but with some low sound, which is fine So if i try to use a headphone or bluetooth headset, the audio is audible only in the left ear
It used to work fine earlier and both the earphones and headphones used to work well. However, when i take the right side off my ear for a while, sound stops playing on that side, and it does not work again until i restart the laptop (headphones off/on or reconnection doesnt work) the sound still works fine if i change the volume on my headphones, so it's not a sound problem per se, and not a loose contact either. Recently, my headphone jack has stopped working correctly Whenever i insert headphones, no matter what pair of headphones, sound will only come out of the left headphone The right is completely silent
My bluetooth headphones are connected with my laptop but the sound is still coming from my laptop speakers I have literally tried every solution available on internet but still no luck. This only happens when nothing is playing in the background If an audio is playing, this doesn't happen However, for instance, if i pause the music, this disconnection and reconnection cycle starts. When i play audio the audio comes from both the main speakers on the computer and the headphones
I just want the headphones to be playing audio when i plug them in I have tried uninstalling the audio device, but it does not seem to work.
