Vesna, goddess of spring and fertility was a mythological female character in early slavic mythology (on the territory of today’s croatia, serbia, north macedonia and slovenia). In slavic mythology which spans across eastern europe and parts of central europe, vesna emerges as a prominent figure associated with the spring season, symbolizing the cyclical nature of life and the perennial renewal inherent in the changing seasons.
