On another note, that writing was triggering but brilliaaaant I’ve watched scenes that actually show the act and that didn’t hit me as much as this scene I absolutely loved it and applaud singleton. Loved the first episode and was ready to binge, but after the rape scene, i had to pause the episode and watch something else Just for my own sanity, are there going to be any more scenes like that I'd want to know ahead of time so i can skip past them
Other than that scene in particular, i'm seriously enjoying the show. Snowfall's horrific male sexual assault shows tv still has a ways to go did they go too far A man grabs a woman's breast without her consent (35:06) A main character is kidnapped and held by a group of men It is heavily implied that she is going to be sexually assaulted and it is attempted Although she is saved at the last minute.
