Every year, thousands of some supporters join us at one of our signature fundraising events to raise money, awareness, and support for our efforts to break the cycle of homelessness & poverty in our nation’s capital. Some welcomes both adult and youth volunteers who are willing to commit time in support of our mission Opportunities include youth initiatives, holiday events, family and meal services, and more.
Some is filling this critical gap by providing housing for those earning 30% or less of the fmi ($38,700 for a family of four as of 2021) We believe all our neighbors deserve dignity, respect, and a path forward, regardless of who they are or where they’re from.
