I could log into teams through the pc app and in the browser but would get stuck in a login loop when doing it on my phone My solution was to remove the account from within the android phone itself (settings/accounts & backup/manage accounts) and then remove the account from there Then, to be safe, i reinstalled teams & outlook
The resolution was to receive a message in teams and not view it Eventually, the user will receive an email stating that a teammate is trying to reach you in microsoft teams Within that email, there is a link to 'reply in teams' If the user opens that link on their mobile device, it correctly initiates data management policy and manages teams. I wonder if they have issues with the basic license I'm not getting much help from yealink, my next step was opening a call with ms to see if they can look into it. Microsoft teams desktop on mac stuck in login loop i recently changed from one ms office 365 email/organization to another The solutions presented above are in general totally useless, because it requires the user to attempt to login in to microsoft sponsored corporate accounts which they no longer have access to because they no longer are affiliated with the organization.
