All the reviews use the word butter in them, and it looks good, to boot I received my new kidd bolt in the mail today I also purchased a kidd bolt charging handle assembly (with three different springs) and a kidd bolt buffer. I've been toying with the idea of replacing my stock charging bolt extension with either the kidd charging bolt extension kit or the volquartsen The kidd comes with 3 springs for a variety of ammos Sub, normal and heavy duty
The volquartsen to my knowledge just has the one spring, more. If you have a 10/22 that you like to target shoot with the kidd triggers are fantastic I actually just bought a used kidd 10/22 bolt and i haven’t even tried it yet I have two of their recoil spring/guide rod/charging handles and those a so much smoother than factory Upgrade the extractor to a kidd too The kidd charging handle is exactly the same width as the oem
I ordered the kidd charging handle kit for both (i liked the idea of the tandemkross skeletonized, but decided to stay consistent) You can extend the kidd charging handle with a.45acp case It fits nice and snug over the rubber cushion You can extend the stock charging handle with a.38spc case, too. Are aftermarket bolt assemblies worth the cost I started looking at kidd and jwh custom versions when shopping for an extended charging handle
My 10/22 is an lvt. Decided to put in a kidd bolt, kidd charging handle and new spring and auto bolt release in my new ruger 10/22 target I've read where a few folks have had issues with the kidd charging handle kit But i have one on my 10/22, and it's been fantastic.
