No choice or direct or express web connect I select that option, login, link to my existing account, and it sets it up as an express web connect (as before) There is no other amazon account option The generic synchrony bank credit card profile didn't work. 3 different synchrony accounts, amazon, lowes and sams Problem seems to have something to do with the fact that quicken wants to update all synchrony bank cards at once.
Does anyone know why my amazon store card stopped downloading with a transaction description in the payee It was very convenient for determining the category of each purchase Since may 9 it simply indicates whether it was amazon retail or amazon market place. I can no longer manually import downloaded transactions (.qfx file) into quicken from my amazon store card account (synchrony bank). Synchrony bank (amazon.com store card and lowe's) has not linked for months Is this a synchrony issue or quicken issue.
Is anyone at quicken looking into this problem I get it that 'stuff' happens The apparent unwillingness of either vendor to resolve the problem speaks poorly of both of them I tried to reset the connection I emailed synchrony bank to find out why i can no longer use webconnect to download transactions into my quicken In part, this is the response:
Synchrony bank has merged all their sites into an aggregate So if you login (web browser) to the amazon link, it'll show you all your synchrony cards Likewise the lowe's one, etc Quicken's integration doesn't seem to yet be aware of all of this (or possibly the way synchrony has setup for quicken to access).
