Been on phone and at computer all morning and afternoon trying to get pnc direct connect working again. Pnc bank did a major upgrade over the weekend, and now no transactions are coming into quicken I can see new transactions on the pnc site, but 0 transactions have been downloaded from pnc into quicken since friday. Also having problems with pnc bank transactions not downloading Last transaction that successfully downloaded to quicken was 24 oct 2025 Since then 3 transactions have posted to the pnc account
I just tried to update the account in quicken — it reports a successful connection but no new transactions. For several days i have not been able to connect to pnc bank to have my accounts updated in quicken. I continue to have periodic problems with transaction download from pnc, even though the connection says express web connect+. Our team has been doing internal testing on this pnc issue Please let us know how it goes! Anyone having issues again with downloading from pnc bank
I've been doing online updates to pnc bank without any issues up until about a month ago.
