The laptop has an mbr partitioning setup, and i've already turned off secure boot, tpm, and set booting to legacy instead of uefi Now i know that yumi basically uses ventoy now, so it's the same thing But i've tried using both yumi and ventoy to try to boot to hiren's, but it won't boot past the boot mode selection. I currently have a 15bg (fat32) partition that has ubuntu ready and loaded up The only problem is, when i go to restart the pc it doesn't boot into the yumi gui, nor does show my partition via my bios. I'm having some trouble setting up a completely working multiboot usb using yumi, mostly when i try and set up windows related options I'd like to have both a bootable windows pe install, and also a number of windows installers to boot from as well Windows pe and any windows installer (10/7). My pc boots from dvd.iso image quite well and of course, from hard disk but not from the usb flash drive
Have tested with memtest86+ and not boot either Hey guys, so recently 2 of my ddr3 ram sticks got defect I have only 4gb left now So i'm getting a replacement Corsair asked me to do a memtest with memtest86, so i downloaded it and installed it on my usb When i tried to boot it there's nothing happening, it's giving me a black screen.
