Try using a gentle puff on the mouthpiece Puffing hard on the juulpods can force juice up into the air path It's best to avoid squeezing or applying pressure to the sides of the juulpods, as this may force liquid up into the air path and cause leaking. If your juul2 pod is leaking, try removing the pod and wiping off the liquid before inserting it back into the device If leakage continues, we recommend you Try a new pod wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water for further assistance, please save the packaging and contact the juul customer service team for support.
