The one i use most often is in the far end of a strip mall parking lot with zero fast food or obvious restroom options Most of the stuff in the i95 corridor here on the east coast, at least from maine down to nyc seems well positioned next to fast food This was the most recent stop: It was ridiculous and amazing Gorgeous architecture and vistas with lots of neat shops, restaurants, churchea, museums and mine tours The museu da inconfidência is great, dedicated to a failed rebellion against portugal in the late 18th century.
Who here has the longest interval of not dining in a restaurant (from your last visit up until this posting)! I am planning a few restaurants but day to day In my experience there was quick/casual food everywhere But we did eat at a place that we later found out was a chain Had a really great local neighborhood vibe, but is apparently part of a chain of restaurants. Menu listings for boneless wings, tenders and other portions have grown 29%
All of the storefronts in my middle sized european city neighbourhood are filled I do notice a shift from shops to restaurants and cafes, but that's not a bad development. To be fair it's gotten much better since i originally came in 2009 Still some holdouts with smaller shops/restaurants (ramen shops in particular i find to be the worst offenders here) but i can card, suica, or quick pay my way around most places and vending machines. In fact i can't think of a single fast food chain around me that would do this The only thing that sits between the patty and bottom bun are typically sauces and maybe onions/pickles depending. People rave about them like they're a delicacy I tried them in very high end restaurants and i still hated them Both are absolutely rank in flavour snd texture.
