Depending on the video you can actually just take a snapshot of the video, maybe the first frame of the video or at an 'important time' and try a reverse image search on the frame and you might be able to get name of the video I have managed to do this a number of times but it can be hit or miss at times. They don't specifically have to be for faces I rarely search for people tbh any others i've missed ? If you have any videos for reverse search, you can try these tools i found I took a screenshot from one of the videos and put it on tineye Tineye gave me more photos from the same video and somehow i managed to find that video too Don't expect results like reverse image search but it can work for you.
