Without having a specific workout plan or split, i decided to go to pf, run/walk a mile, and then go through the planet fitness 30 minute express circuit. 2 cancellation methods are provided at every planet fitness (3 for california because its the only state that allows you to cancel online.) either come down to the gym you signed up at, say i want to cancel and then you sign the document and that's it.
