To put it on short, i and some people have this issue where the video isnt loading but re opening it fixes it It doesnt seem to be affected by any patch and for some isnt replicable I came to the conclusion that it seems to be regional and/or an account thing What fixed it for me was changing the channel i was using (didnt even need to change to a whole other account) and it works.
