I am beginning to think the hamstring pulls and the hokas are r. I have 65 miles on a pair of hoka cliftons and i’m seeing what i think is significant wear on the left shoe, picture attached Wanted to see if anyone else thinks it’s a lot of wear for 65 miles. I would like to try one of the carbon plated shoes, but i have to wear stability shoes I currently use brooks ravenna Does anyone know if any of the carbon plated shoes may work
I wear custom orthotics in all my shoes, including the hoka carbon x That shoe fits narrow to me compared to the clifton so i sized it up 1/2 size. Diadora have grown up to our #4 brand behind brooks, hoka and asics The blushield tech inside offers cushioning plus i think 5 degrees of support either pronated or supine, depending on your foot strike. All my shoes wears out on the outside of the soles long before middle or inside From what i was told, the key is find a neutral shoes with a lot of cushion that allows your foot to roll inward easier
Do hoka shoes give you blisters when sockless Which models have you tried I searched the forum and found a handful of reports of blisters from seams in hokas, and one report of no problems I’d be interested to hear from a few more people about experiences running sockless in them to build a better picture, please Until a recent ankle injury i’d been mostly very happy with the somewhat. Hello, i recently purchased a pair of hoka clifton 2, i had them for a fair price as it’s the old model
Unfortunately i have flat feet, and the clifton have some arch support inside that is really hurting There is no way i can run on this, because i feel pain only walking on them There some hoka model that has a flat arch Or someone has some advice for a maximal shoe’s. Hoka had a new pair on the way each time in less than a week So i think their customer service is outstanding
Randmart july 28, 2020, 1:44pm 4 fwiw Hoka mach 6 wide that is for work, if you need to dress fancy / in a suit (as me) there are good options out there Rubber soles is a must I use clarks chelsea boots, which are actually quite wide out front And always bring comfy shoes to rush through an airport / transfer etc. Looking at getting some specialized cycling shoes
I normally ride a 44.5 in bontrager, sidi and a 45 in shimano Anyone have a reference for specialized based on that I used their “measuring system” on the website but it said i would be a 43.5 I am a 11.5 in nike and 11 in hoka and most other running shoes.
