I've been on cpap (dreamstation go with humidifier) now for over 6 months I use a nasal pillow and i tape my mouth to prevent mouth leaks During sleep, i alternate between sleeping on my back and on Hi, i've been diagnosed with osa, ~20 ahi and have been using cpap for around 10 months For the first few months, i've already got pretty good results (ahi < 2), and even better results at the moment
Since on bipap (last 3 nights) i have been excessively sleepy Sleeping til midday & then still sleepy during the day I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2023 and have struggled to adjust to the cpap I'm on day 4 of my third attempt, first night was last saturday 11/30 My last cpap attempt was back in march/ Most of the days, my numbers are good.
I have used my cpap device for 2,5 now, but still does not really relieve the fatigue at all I feel very exhausted during the day The sleep is not refreshing and i wake up several times at night, so Sleepyhead is no longer maintained It has been replaced by the oscar software package, available at
